Let me tell you a bit about us and why I started this business. Our Mission is your absolute satisfaction of the services we provide you. Our goals within our mission is to reduce what ends up in landfills, recycle at every opportunity, donate goods deemed reusable, limit the use of fuels and chemicals within our operations and improving the appearance, cleanliness, and values of properties that we are chosen to service and maintain. These properties after all are or become the homes and workplaces of our neighbors! We strive to be competitive in our service cost while maintaining an environmentally friendly superior method of operation.  I decided to start Three Little Birds Property Preservation Company after 20 plus years of working for other large companies offering the same services. I liked the work but didn't like struggling to survive while watching these companies waste money just dumping everything into landfills, paying low wages while buying more dump trucks and trailers just to keep more cash flow rolling through their business. I want nothing more than to earn a living wage, provide a living wage for our employees while at the same time providing affordable prices to our customers.
