Our junk removal, trash outs, debris removal services can easily be estimated by just sending us pictures by text or email.

Some junk removal situations are weight based such as construction debris, or loads of cardboard. Some situations are priced by volumn according to square yardage removed. We also price single item removals that require an additional disposal fee such as paint, tires, mattresses and box springs, televisions and electronics.
Items with individual disposal or recycling fees will be included and categorized within the estimate.

Our maid and janitorial services cover residential and commercial cleaning. We are capable of various degrees of cleaning from basic maid service to healthcare cleaning to commercial janitorial cleaning. We use all natural products unless specific cleaning supplies are requested . We use a true HEPA filtered, sealed, bagged vacuum and or steam cleaner. We prefer to use washable cloth and rags to reduce waste and prevent disposable chemical wipes from reaching the landfills!
Our lawn care services are concentrated on yard clean ups and grass cutting. We do not perform landscaping services but can haul loads of dirt or stone or other materials for you.

Lawn cutting is estimated by square footage of the yard and grass height. Yard clean ups are estimated by the volume of yard debris removed and size of yard to be cleaned up.
We use only push mowers and weedwackers for cutting. That means no wheel marks on your lawn and no leaves blown into your neighbors yard!
Snow removal estimates can be given by text or email as well and can be contracted seasonally or estimated on a per removal visit. Driveways and sidewalks are all cleared by shoveling, we use no fuels or snow blowers which reduces overhead and keeps costs at a minimum!
